If you feel your subscription was in error, please contact support@inkitt.com before the end of the month. Past month’s subscriptions can not be refunded.
To be eligible to receive a refund, subscribers must contact Inkitt Support at least 24 hours before the renewal date for their subscription. Subscribers will receive notice of whether the refund is denied, or approved and issued.
Once a refund is issued, it can take up to 5-10 business days to process.
